United States Merchant Marine Academy

Robert Post was a four-year letter winner with the Kings Pointfootball team and a one-year letter winner with the KP basketballsquad.  He was the starting quarterback for the Mariners forthree and a half years and received the 1966 Adm. StedmanTrophy.  Post also won the 1963 and 1965 Amelia WaldeckerTrophy as the Outstanding Offensive Player at the Boardwalk Bowland won the John F. Kennedy Memorial Trophy, presented by theMariner Quarterback Club to the Boardwalk Bowl’s outstandingplayer.  After graduation, Post signed with the New YorkGiants as a quarterback and safety.
