United States Merchant Marine Academy

Frank Allen was a letterwinner in football, track, and swimming,and served as a captain of the 1947 football team.  He won the1948 Stedman trophy and later went on to star at Rice Universityfor three seasons.  After his senior year at Rice, he wasinvited to play in the East-West All-Star game in 1950.
