PURCHASE, N.Y. (Jan. 26, 2025) – The USMMA women's swim & dive team won the 2025 Skyline Conference Championship after the two-day championship meet ended on Sunday up at Purchase College. It was the eighth-straight conference championship for the Mariners and the 11th in program history.
The women earned 744 team points. Mount St. Mary came in second place with 332 points and Sarah Lawrence placed third with 330 points.

Freshman
Megan Hu (Syosset, N.Y.) won both the Skyline Women's Swimmer and Rookie of the Year awards, while sophomore
Victoria Crofford (Fairfax, Va.) took home Diver of the Year honors.
The ladies came in first place in 16 of the 19 events, while also claiming six second-place finishes.
Finishing in first place and earning All-Skyline First Team honors were the following:
- The 200 freestyle relay team of Hu, sophomore Isabel Lunsford (Burnet, Texas), junior Jessica Felske (East Troy, Wis.) and senior Haley Agin (Roswell, Ga.) in 1:42.57, a season-best by seven seconds
- Lunsford in the 500 free (5:22.95, a season-best by two seconds), the 200 free (1:58.74, a season-best by one second) and the 100 free (55.27)
- Hu in the 200 individual medley (2:14.54, a season-best), the 100 breaststroke (1:08.78), the 200 breast (2:28.79) and the 200 butterfly (2:17.13)
- Felske in the 50 free (25.57, a season-best)
- The 200 medley relay team of freshman Georgia Magditch (Allentown, Pa.), Felske, Hu and Agin in 1:55.20
- The 400 medley relay team of Magditch, Felske, Hu and Lunsford in 4:09.75
- Magditch in the 400 IM (4:56.65), the 100 backstroke (1:03.14, a season-best) and the 200 back (2:16.02)
- The 400 free relay team of Hu, Agin, Felske and Lunsford in 3:44.75
- And Crofford in the three-meter dive (247.00)
Finishing in second place and earning All-Skyline Second Team honors were the following:
- Agin in the 100 fly (1:04.62, a season-best by one second)
- Felske in the 100 breast (1:09.42), the 100 free (55.81) and the 200 breast (2:33.83)
- Lunsford in the 1000 free (11:30.78)
- And freshman Sydney Greene (Porter Ranch, Calif.) in the one-meter dive (224.05)
The "Mariner of the Meet" honors, awarded based on a team vote to an individual for their performance and contribution to the team, went to freshman
Molly O'Brien (Social Circle, Ga.) for three personal-bests in the 100 breast (1:17.71), the 200 breast (2:47.29) and the 100 free (59.44).
Up next for the Mariners is the USMMA Memorial Invite next Saturday, Feb. 1, where the squad will celebrate Senior Day. Action is set to get underway at 11 a.m. at the Sue Petersen Lubow Pool.
