LT Johan C. Lopez, USMS are down in Greensboro, N.C., this week, as Cable gets set to represent Kings Point for the third time in his career at the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championship Meet hosted by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Cable, who will look to repeat as an All-American, will be diving for the #24 Mariners tomorrow, Wednesday, March 19, and Friday, March 21.

Event Schedule
Cable will be competing in the three-meter diving event on Wednesday, March 19, with the preliminaries beginning at 1 p.m. (ET). If he finishes in the top eight during prelims then he will move on to the Championship Finals which is listed as starting at 6 p.m. (ET), while the Consolation Finals flight for those who place 9-16 begins 30 minutes after the prelims finishes.

Then on Friday, March 21, Cable will take part in the one-meter diving event with the same schedule as Wednesday. Prelims begin at 1 p.m. (ET), Championship Finals for all events begin at 6 p.m. (ET) and the Consolation Finals begin 30 minutes after prelims.

How Cable Got Here
This is the third-straight season that Cable will be competing at the NCAA Championship Meet. He was a two-time All-American in 2024 after finishing 11th in the one-meter dive and 15th in the three-meter discipline.

This year, Cable was the Skyline Conference Diver of the Year. At the DIII Northeast-North Region Championship Meet, the junior came in second place in the one-meter dive (462.25) and fifth in the three-meter event (475.80) to qualify for NCAAs.
