GALLOWAY, N.J. (Nov. 16, 2024) – Senior Katherine Kerchner (Reading, Pa.) and junior Luke Zwiesler (Colbert, Wash.) from the USMMA men's and women's cross country program earned All-Region honors on Saturday morning at the 2024 NCAA DIII Metro Regional Championship at Stockton University. Kerchner received All-Region accolades for the third straight season, while Zwiesler picked up the honor for the first time in his career.

Kerchner was the top finisher for the women's team in the 6K, crossing the tape in 31st with a time of 23:30.5. Sophomore Victoria Crofford (Fairfax, Va.) came across the finish line with a time of 25:41. Freshmen Morgan Doll (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) and Karley Rush (Trinity, Fla.)posted times of 26:45.5 and 30:57.0.
 
The Men's team finished 12th out of 26 teams registering 358 points with Zwiesler leading the way in the men's 8K race in 34th with a time of 25:50.2. Freshmen Silas Glynn (Folsom, Calif.) and sophomore Pierce Murray (Meridian, Idaho) finished with times of 27:13.8 and 27:22.4. Senior Alex Burita (Annandale, Va.) came across with a time of 27:30.3.
