2016: Appeared in 6 games with 6 starts… finished with 1 goal… collected 7 ground balls… had 6 draw
controls…caused 2 turnovers… collected a season high 2 ground balls against SUNY Purchase and
matched that against Drew.

2015: Appeared in 12 games in her rookie season starting in all 12… scored 1 goals and added 1 assist…
collected 24 ground balls…had 5 draw controls…caused 6 turnovers…had a season high 5 ground balls
against SUNY Maritime….caused a season best 4 turnovers vs SUNY Maritime.
 
High School: Graduated from Evergreen Lutheran High School in Bremerton, Washington… played
soccer, cross country, track and basketball… 2011-2013 track Champions… 2012 Regional Qualifier in the
1 Mile (5:51)… 2014 2 nd Team All-Conference in track… 2014 Academic State Champions in soccer.
 
Personal: Daughter of Jeffrey and Tonya Bessler … has two brothers; Sam and Ben along with two
sisters; Kayla and Abby… is planning to graduate with a degree in Systems Marine Engineering…chose
USMMA because “graduating with no debt was also a huge factor for me. I have always wanted to
service America and my community, so the option of commissioning in any branch of service was big”.
