Biography

Before USMMA: Jernigan played four years of football at Flower Mound High School, earning a pair of varsity letters.  He earned team defensive MVP honors as well as being named second-team all-district in 2009.  Jernigan served as team captain and graduated as a member of the Mathematics Honor Society.
