 Before USMMA: Konzen earned varsity letters in baseball, hockey, cross country, and football during his time at Regis High School.  He served as team captain for baseball and was named to the All-Conference Second-Team.  Konzen was also a two-time First-Team All-Conference performer in cross country.  Academically, he is a member of the National Honor Society and earned the Presidential Award for Academic Excellence.
