2012:  All-Landmark Conference Second-Team

Before USMMA: Wood was a member of the baseball and football teams at Benedictine High School.  He was a member of the Virginia State Championship team in his junior season.  Wood then served as team captain in his senior year and was a member of the honor roll throughout high school.
