Before USMMA: Morrow-Kilroy was a four sport varsity athlete at Cathedral Catholic, competing in football, basketball, track, and rugby.  He served as team captain and earned a spot on the Union Tribune All-Academic Team.  Morrow-Kilroy led his team to four straight San Diego District 3 Championships while his rugby squad captured the 2011 Southern California title.
