Biography

Before USMMA: Downs wa a four-year letterwinner at Otsego High School where he was also a two-time All-Conference selection and a one-time All-County performer.  Downs was also a state champion power lifter, tying the Ohio State squat record in the 225 lbs. class.  He is a member of the National Honor Society and was the President of the Student Council.
