Biography

Before USMMA: Sasso competed in four varsity sports in his time at Valley Christian High School.  He was a member of the football team for four seasons as well as one year on the track, wrestling, and basketball teams.  Sasso served as team captain in his final two seasons for the football team and was a first-team all-state selection following his senior season.  He was named the Defensive Player of the Year in the state of Arizona as outside linebacker.  Sasso's team claimed the state title in his freshman campaign while he rounded out his career at the senior North/South All-Star Game.  In the classroom, Sasso finished high school with a 3.5 GPA
