Biography

Helm's 2012 Statistics

Before USMMA: Helms earned a total of nine varsity letters in four total sports at North Brunswick High School.  He competed in football, wrestling, lacrosse, and golf.  Helms recorded over 100 tackles in both his junior and senior seasons, earning a pair of all-division and all-area selections.  He also served as captain of the football team in his senior year.  Helms' team claimed a 2010 division title and reached the 20th ranking in New Jersey.  Helms' success carried over to the lacrosse field where he was an all-county and all-division performer.  He was a member of the National German Honor Society and earned a spot on the All-County Academic Team for football.
