PURCHASE, N.Y. (Jan. 26, 2020) – The USMMA men's swimming & diving team captured its fourth-consecutive Skyline Conference Championship and its 22nd-straight conference title overall, including the last 19 under head coach Sean Tedesco, when the Mariners won the Skyline Championship Meet this weekend with 889 team points.
Senior Nolan Monahan (Stafford, Va.) won his fourth-straight Skyline Conference Swimmer of the Year award, as he took down two meet records over the two-day event in the 200 breaststroke and the 200 individual medley. Junior Gillem McMillan (Knoxville, Tenn.) was praised as the Diver of the Year for the second-consecutive season and freshman William Schneider (Canton, Ohio) garnered Rookie of the Year honors. Additionally, Tedesco along with diving coach Johan C. Lopez were named the Skyline Coaching Staff of the Year.

The Mariners return to action on Saturday, Feb. 1, when they travel to nationally-ranked Rowan University for a dual meet against the Profs beginning at 11 a.m. in Glassboro, N.J.
