Mariners Have Chance To Tie Program Record For Wins
With a win on Saturday, the Mariners would tie the program record of eight wins in a season. USMMA has finished a season with eight wins on seven occasions – 1968, 1976, 1985, 1986, 1992, 1997 and 2002.

USMMA Postseason History
The Mariners will be playing their ninth postseason game in program history on Saturday. They have competed in seven ECAC bowl games and one NCAA Tournament game. Their overall record in postseason games is 5-3 (5-2 in bowl games, 0-1 in the NCAA game). Merchant Marine is making its second-consecutive appearance in a bowl game for the first time since they made two-straight ECAC bowl games in 1996 and 1997.
