Chris Rodrigo is entering his fifth season with the Mariners in 2026. In his role of volunteer assistant, Rodrigo works with hitters and the outfielders along with player development assignments.

Rodrigo joins the Mariners from the NYPD where he is currently a Detective.

In his playing career, Rodrigo was a standout outfielder and hitter at Delaware Tech Community College and Northeast Texas. He was named the DII Regional All–Tournament MVP for his outstanding performance in the JCDII College Regionals in 1994.
