FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (April 29, 2026) – The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy men's tennis team saw its season come to a close with a 4-0 loss to #2-seed Farmingdale State in the Skyline Conference Semifinals on Wednesday afternoon. The Mariners finished the year with a 9-5 overall record, while the Rams improve to 13-7 and will face top-seeded Manhattanville in the championship match on Friday.

Farmingdale State claimed the doubles point with wins at the #2 and #3 flights, while the top flight match went unfinished.
 
In singles play, the Rams secured the team victory with straight-set wins at the #2, #3, and #6 flights. Several other matches were left unfinished following the clinch.
 
The Mariners conclude the 2026 campaign after earning the #3 seed in the Skyline Conference and advancing to the semifinal round.
