KINGS POINT, N.Y. (March 18, 2025) – D3hoops.com announced its All-Region Teams for men's basketball on Tuesday and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy senior forward Drew Zalescik (Lambertville, N.J.) landed on the Second Team for Region 3.
 
Zalescik was the Skyline Conference leader with 10.0 rebounds per game and ranked second in the league in scoring with 21.7 points per game. The senior was also tied for fourth in the Skyline with a .463 field goal percentage.
 
Going into the final weekend of the 2024-25 season, Zalescik currently ranks in the top-50 among all NCAA Division III players in nine different categories listed below. 

• Ninth in field goal attempts (461)
• 16th in field goals (216)
• 18th in offensive rebounds per game (3.77)
• 27th in rebounds per game (9.8)
• 28th in double doubles (11)
• 29th in total rebounds (256)
• 33th in points per game (21.8)
• 34rd in free throw attempts (172)
• and 35th in total points (566)
