KINGS POINT, N.Y. (Dec. 17, 2024) – Last week, D3football.com announced the All-Region Teams for the 2024 season and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy senior wide receiver Talsen Smith (Roseville, Calif.) landed on the First Team for Region 1.
 
It's the second-straight year that Smith has garnered regional praise, as he earned All-ECAC First Team Honors in 2023.
 
Smith finished the 2024 season with 64 catches for 1,085 yards and 10 touchdowns. He was a First Team All-NEWMAC selection and was named a Second Team All-American by the AFCA earlier this month.

The D3football.com All-America Teams will be announced on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, just a few days before the day of the Stagg Bowl National Championship Game.
