(Dec. 1, 2014) – The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy women's basketball team is looking to stay in the win column on Wednesday night when they travel to Madison, N.J., to take on Landmark Conference opponent Drew. Tipoff against the Rangers is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Baldwin Gymnasium.

Series History
Wednesday's meeting will be the 17th overall between the two schools and Drew holds a 13-3 advantage in the series that dates back to the 2001-02 season. Last year, the Rangers won both games – 47-32 at home on Jan. 29 and 53-40 on the road on Feb. 19.
Scouting The Rangers
Drew sits at 3-1 on the season thus far under fifth-year head coach Brittany Gaetano. The Rangers lost their season-opener to Clarkson at their Rose City Tip-Off Classic, but rebounded to win the next three games against the College of Saint Elizabeth, Albertus Magnus and Centenary. They have yet to play a road game this season.
