Men’s Track & Field Finishes Program-Best 4th at Landmark Champs
May 2, 2010 - SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy men’s outdoor track & field team placed fourth in the Landmark Conference Championships this past weekend at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa. with a total of 39 points. The fourth-place rank was the best Kings Point has ever recorded in the league championships. Individually, the Mariners recorded 13 Top-10 finishes.

Men’s Track & Field Record Two Top-10 Finishes at CTCs
Apr 19, 2010 - CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – This past weekend, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy men’s outdoor track and field squad competed in the CTC Championships at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pa. While the team finished in 16th place, two Mariners placed in the top ten in their respective events.

Coppa Victorious at Pole Vault in Coast Guard Spring Invitational
Apr 5, 2010 - NEW LONDON, Conn. – The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy men’s outdoor track and field squad fared very well at the Coast Guard Spring Invitational in New London, Conn. on Saturday. Junior Ted Coppa won the pole vault event with a personal best mark of 4.19 meters. As a team, USMMA finished tenth with 20 points.
