The United States Merchant Marine Academy golf team competed this weekend in the Liberty League Championships at St. Lawrence University. The team finished seventh overall. James Smith led the way for the Mariners with a tie for 36th overall.

The United States Merchant Marine Academy golf team took fifth place out of eight teams at the St. Joseph’s Golden Eagle Invitational. Tom McLoughlin led the Mariners with a 15th overall finish.

The United States Merchant Marine Academy golf team finished nineteenth out of twenty teams on Friday afternoon at the Moravian Fall Invitational. Tom McLoughlin led the Mariners, shooting a 85 on the day to finish tied to 66th.

The United States Merchant Marine Academy golf team finished fifth out of 10 teams on Friday afternoon at the St. Joseph’s Invitational. Tom McLoughlin led the Mariners, shooting a 79 on the day.

  The United States Merchant Marine golf team came to victory against St. Joseph’s on Tuesday in a team match play format at Engineers Country Club.  The Mariners were able to navigate the 6,575 yard, 71 par course.

Nic Zoretic won the individual title to lead the United States Merchant Marine Academy golf team to an eighth-place finish of ten teams at the Mulekicker Fall Classic on Tuesday afternoon in West Point, N.Y. Zoretic, Adelphi’s Mauricio Saavedra and Army’s Joey Cave all shot a 74 and advanced to a sudden death playoff in which Zoretic emerged as the champion after four holes.
