Four Mariners Are Named To The All-Liberty League Team

Senior Kicker/Punter Geoff Troy of the United States Merchant Marine Academy football team was named the Liberty League Special Teams Player of the Week. The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy football team upset RPI, 23-21 on Saturday afternoon in Kings Point, NY. Senior running back J.J. Watson led the Mariners offense for the day. Senior Michael Gallucci led the Mariners defense. Geoff Troy added three field goals in the game. USMMA was able to control the clock and hold the ball for 36:51 for the game.
