Davey May Named D3 Baseball All-American

Scranton improved to 6-7
overall and 2-0 in the conference. Following the losses, Kings Point fell to

College, 11-6, in eight darkness-shortened innings at Lower Roosevelt Field in

in the 2010 home opener. A seven-run bottom of the first inning gave the
Mariners all the confidence they needed from the get-go. With the victory,

season with a three-game series against the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy baseball coach, Michael Notebaert, was named the 2008-2009 Coach Omeltchenko Coach of the Year for the Academy. The award was given to Coach Notebaert by Superintendent RADM Allen B. Worley and Athletics Director Susan Peterson Lubow at the Varsity Awards Ceremony.Two Mariners Named ABCA/Rawlings All-Region
