Kings Point, NY - The USMMA women's swimming and diving team was defeated by conference rival Marywood, 126-115, Sunday afternoon. Jacqueline White (Oradell, NJ) captured three event victories as she touched the wall first in the 200 IM, 100 butterfly, and the 100 backstroke.
Emily Boyson (Garland, TX) won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:12.41. Lynae Harvey (Thornton, CO) took first-place in the 3-meter diving event for the second straight meet. Alexandra Biehn (Burnsville, MN) topped the field in the 200 freestyle, clocking in at 2:09.89.
Casey Roth (Westminster, CO) swam her season best times in both the 1,000 and 500 freestyle events. Lauren Callahan (Mineola, NY) also set two season marks, both by 13 seconds, in the same events. Sophomore Susanne Dannessa (Cleveland, OH) beat her season high by four seconds in the 200 IM and by three seconds in the 100 breaststroke.
The USMMA women's swimming and diving team returns to the pool Thursday night for a dual meet against Hunter.
