A graduate of Ithaca College, Michael Notebaert enters his third season as Head Baseball Coach. Before being coming the Head Coach, Notebaert was the assistant coach for two seasons. He served as the assistant coach with Ithaca College's junior varsity squad for the 2003 season.

He assists with all facets of the USMMA baseball program, including recruitment, travel and day-to-day coaching activities.

At the high school level, Notebaert was the assistant coach of the junior varsity baseball team at Geneva High School for three seasons from 2001-03 and then served as the assistant coach and hitting instructor for the varsity softball team from 2004-06. He helped guide the baseball team to the league championship all three seasons in his role as an assistant coach. During his tenure as a varsity softball coach, Notebaert helped lead the Geneva Panthers to a Class A No. 7 ranking in the state of New York in 2005.

Notebaert is also one of the Academy's facilities, equipment and events coordinators. He is responsible for football equipment and event management at home sporting events during the fall and winter seasons.

Notebaert just recently completed his MBA in Leadership & Management at Dowling College. He now resides in East Meadow, N.Y.
