Jaden Daly begins his sixth season as the voice of USMMA football, having been in the broadcast booth for each of the Mariners' games since the 2011 season.
He is also one of the lead play-by-play voices of St. John's University baseball and also contributes to volleyball and lacrosse broadcasts for the Red Storm on occasion.
Daly fills in on play-by-play for a number of organizations during basketball season as well, primarily Manhattan College, for which he was on the call as the Jaspers successfully defended their Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championship in 2015.
Before that, he spent four seasons as the lead play-by-play announcer at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, broadcasting a variety of sports on the Terrier Sports Network, including men's and women's basketball, volleyball, soccer and water polo. Daly's overall body of work also includes broadcasts for Iona College, Wagner College, and the Rockland Boulders of the Can-Am Baseball League.
A 2008 graduate of St. John's University, Daly was the sports director at campus radio station WSJU during his undergraduate tenure. While on staff, he served as the play-by-play announcer for men's and women's basketball as well as baseball, and also hosted his own weekly sports talk show while assisting in raising the radio station's reach and profile for future generations of on-air talent. When needed, he produced broadcasts in studio for several other sports.
A lifelong Queens native, Daly currently resides in Woodhaven, N.Y.
